The word diet is usually viewed as synonymous with the word limitations. It's a common misconception that when on a diet, food choices are limited; chocolate, candy, snacks and other desserts are not allowed. Calories must always be counted and fat content has to be limited. However, diet isn't always about restriction and limitations; focus more on choosing healthier foods and dieting will be a breeze. You can find chicken noodle soup that will satisfy just about anyone, even those that normally do not like to eat much soup. You can get soup that has very little meat and a heavy broth, or you can get something with large chunks of whole slow cooker chicken lasagna and large noodles with a savory broth. You can add many things to your soup or you can keep it clean and simple. Think about what you like, get out the crock pot, and try to come up with your own soup. You may find that soup from the can will never cut it again. Breakfast and dinner ideally will also come from the grocery store. Even if the hotel room lacks a microwave oven and refrigerator, it's not that hard to stash bagels and yogurt for breakfast. These days, many grocery stores have ready-to-eat dinner offerings, like rotisserie chicken and pasta salads. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than making it yourself from scratch, but where that isn't an option, this is the next best choice. This hearty stew, which serves six people, is high in protein and low in carbohydrates. This is a healthy yet delicious slow cooker chicken, which is idea for vegetarians and anyone who loves this delicious ingredient. You can serve it with sesame seeds or grated parmesan on top. I don't recommend that you just put it in the locker room and hope that it will still be there when you get back - it won't. We've had our lunch stolen a couple of times from our snow troves, too.
