In the year 1960 I was born in India. But curry was born before me. We were a sibling of six,and our main meal was curry every day. Curry was made in a large pot. You could say that our curry was more like a soup curry, and that the mountain of gravy in the pot was no more than two pieces of chicken or lamb meat for each person, because our curry was made with a lot of water and potato since these were dry days and the income of our household was not enough to give one BBQ in a whole year. There was only one pair of hands working in our family - only one breadwinner - and a lot of hands eating the meal as it was such a large family.

Hubby had slow cooked shanks , he loves Lamb and I rarely make it at home. That was a reasonable $14.99 for a good size portion but he had to order sides as well. You can also go Italian they have a long list of Italian selections.I can't imagine going to a Greek restaurant for Italian food but there must be a demand for it or it wouldn't be on the menu. Still, it seemed odd. The first particular person to appear to when you are trying to find new chicken recipes is your mother. Each mother - or father, if he was once the one that cooked for your circle of relatives - has no less than one chicken recipe that she cherishes mainly else. For my mom, it was once her chicken lamb curry. It was once completely delicious. It had rooster, lettuce, tomatoes, lots of turmeric, and of course a highly spiced curry sauce. She taught it to me when I went off to school, and I've been cooking it ever since. It is a mainstay of my diet. You can either serve the food in their natural state, or cook them lightly in a pan to prevent loss of vitamins and nutrients, so the meat's natural juices are retained. If the veggies are a tad too hard, steam them lightly beforehand. Just don't forget to cool the homemade dog food first before serving.
