Just three chefs remained heading into the Top Chef: Just Desserts finale (airing on Bravo, channel 60 in Scottsdale): Chris Hanmer, Matthew Petersen and Sally Camacho. Which one would take the big win at the end of Wednesday night's finale? The trio is told that their final challenge involves "making a dessert for that special person in your life." Three renowned dessert chefs are brought out, and they will be acting as advisors and mentors for the three finalists. They will also be joining the judges for the final tasting. The Terra Bella winter CSA is only weeks focaccia bread instead of the usual for summer/fall so interested first-timers can join and find out if the program works for them before making a longer-term committment. The costs is $22.00 per week, for a total of $220 (due in advance) for the full term. You might begin your Tuscan meal with a typical Tuscan soup consisting of cannellini beans and vegetables. This soup also makes a good simple meal with a chunk of ciabatta or slow cooker focaccia bread. Don't just assume that you'll remember to take your recipe out of the oven. Another idea we use a lot: purchase a plain frozen cheese pizza and let the kids pile on their own healthy toppings. This breadsis specialwith only butter. You can even create a cream cheese topping putting some honey to taste in conjunction with a small amount of cut roasted walnuts. For an special topping you can put on a confection sugar glaze or frosting. Blend together slightly powder sugar with a little bit of water and also a little sea sea salt. Thicken to whatsoever consistency you wish for and top the bread with it. If this is done, you might not prefer to toast the bread. It just gives it a bit of visual enhancement. This is a great special rosemary focaccia bread bread. Make use of idle moments. Multitasking is the key to saving time. Arrange your work so that you can do one dish while another one is cooking.
